We appreciate the necessity for prompt service and positive action; we endeavour to attend to all call outs within 24 hours. We offer seven days a week call-out and advice service from April to end of September and five days a week from end of September to end of March.
Whilst we stock pumps, filters and a good range of spares, regrettably we can’t stock all items; however we have very good suppliers that do, and most items are available within 48 hours; if any longer we will advise and may suggest an alternative if applicable.
As much detail as possible is always appreciated when requesting a call out to enable us to bring the correct parts or spares.
Any repair or replacement work over £200.00 we will advise and quote likely costs before the work is carried out.
